Here are some quick steps that can fix a lot of problems with iPhones:


Step 1.   Firstly, Check Here to see if your iPhone is under Apple’s manufactures Warranty. (Liquid damage & Physical damage are not covered)

Step 2.   Hold down the ‘Lock’ & ‘Home’ buttons for 10seconds, then turn iPhone on and check to see if problem still exists.

Step 3.   Depending on the fault, you can attempt to backup & restore iPhone using iTunes before getting it repaired.

Step 4.   If iPhone is under warranty and you have tried all of the above steps, click here to check that the liquid indicators have not activated

Step 5.   If liquid indicators are still white and NOT pink, the iPhone should be taken to an Apple Store, Telco or Submitted online for warranty

Step 6.   If liquid indicators have gone pink, dents of cracks to the casing or glass screen has cracked, it will not be covered under warranty
