Refund and Delivery Policy

Delivery:

  • You should expect to receive your product 3-5 days after we receive it (unless we contact you with further repairs needing to be completed).

We offer the following warranties on repairs:

  • We offer a refund on faulty repairs 7 days from date of repair. After 7 days we offer replacement of parts up until the 6 month warranty period.
  • We do not refund or repair goods after warranty period has expired.
  • While testing is done on all repairs and/or upgrades, there is a possibility that a part we installed or repaired may fail within the warranty period. If you discover a defect in a part we serviced, please contact us immediately
  • Your original receipt is required; we will be unable to process your refund, replace parts or conduct further repairs without it.
  • Any refunds will not include shipping costs and will be for the retail or repair price of the item(s).
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Specially ordered parts, software and certain consumables are not refundable.
  • Commfix parts that are not installed by Commfix Repair Centre are installed at your own risk. Although we offer a 30 day warranty on parts bought direct, this warranty lapses upon installation. Parts we sell are digitally marked for identification and have passed our tests for full functionality.
